Handy for quick answers

I just needed something to help with our internal wiki and the Internal Wiki AI seemed like a good fit. It was easy to get going. Uploaded a few text files and it picked up the info pretty fast. Made things quicker for finding stuff. No big complaints.

Awesome AI for our team!

I set up the AI Chatbot for Teams for our small business last week and it's fantastic! The setup was way easier than I thought it would be, and training it with our internal docs using the Document Training Tool was super straightforward. It's already saving us so much time answering common questions. Our team loves it. Definitely going to keep using Cody AI!

Good value, some small quirks

I tried out the Custom AI Business Assistant. The free version was good for testing things out, and I eventually upgraded to an annual plan for the 20% savings. Training it with our existing PDFs and Word documents worked well, and the AI Response Customization is a nice touch for our brand voice. I noticed the Website Crawler for AI took a bit longer than expected to fully index our site, and sometimes the answers are a little too generic, even with custom training. But overall, it's a solid tool for the price, and their customer support was quick to respond when I had a question about API Access.

Are there any discounts for new year or like, back to business season? Wondering if I should wait to sign up.

P Phil V. 2 months ago
They usually have things around Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and sometimes for New Year or September. I'd keep an eye out if you're not in a rush.

I remember seeing something around last Black Friday. If you can hold off, there might be a deal then, or maybe a 'back to business' one in late summer.

Does Cody AI do like, foreign languages? Or is it just English for training and responses?

C Cody D. 2 months ago
Yeah, they have multi-language support. I use it for some documents in Spanish and it seems to handle it fine.

J James Lindqvist 2 months ago
It supports more than just English. I've seen it mentioned in their features that it works with different languages, so you should be good.

Thinking of moving from Chatbase to Cody AI. Anyone made that switch? How does Cody compare, especially for customer support type stuff?

N Nick H. 2 months ago
I haven't used Chatbase much, but Cody is really good for custom support. You can train it super specifically on your product docs and it handles common questions well. Plus, the persona customization helps it sound like your brand.

I checked out both. Cody felt a bit more robust for really deep knowledge bases. Chatbase was fine, but Cody seemed to handle more complex queries better after being trained on our stuff. Integration with Slack was also smoother for us with Cody.

Is Cody AI good for like, really specific internal company knowledge? We have tons of PDFs and Word docs with our policies.

R Rachel N. 2 months ago
Absolutely. That's kinda their jam. I've trained mine on a bunch of internal PDFs and it pulls answers from them really well. Like, our internal wiki is now practically searchable by AI.

Yep, it's designed for that. You can upload PDFs, Word docs, even PowerPoints. I've been using it for our onboarding docs and it's been a lifesaver.

How secure is my company's data if I upload it all to Cody? Kinda paranoid about putting sensitive info into an AI.

G Greg Torres 2 months ago
They talk a lot about enterprise security features. I mean, all these AI tools have to be secure, right? I'd check their official docs for the specifics, but it's a big point for them.

From what I remember, they emphasize data security. It's built for businesses, so they have to have strong protections. My boss looked into it pretty thoroughly before we committed, and he seemed satisfied with their security measures.
